On Wednesday we will be taking part in activities across the school to raise awareness of World Mental health Day. Some of the activities will include:
- design hashtags about mental health for display e.g #itstimetotalk!
- explore mental health awareness slogans/quotes and create your own e.g ‘lets get rid of the fear and talk about mental health.’
- explore with pupils what makes them happy and create a pledge of happiness
explore what services are available to our students if they require
complete an act of kindness challenge with your class for the day.
explore emotions and feeling activities.
