Coronavirus – Covid-19

We will keep you updated as regularly as possible.  Please be aware that the situation with Coronavirus is dynamic and could change at any time.

The situation is constantly reviewed and action informed by expert science and advice, guided by the Chief Medical Officer and the Chief Scientific Advisor.

  • Critical workers are defined as parents whose work is critical to the COVID-19 response, including those who work in health and social care and in other critical sectors. However, many parents working in these critical sectors will be able to ensure their child is kept at home. Every child who can be safely cared for at home should be, to limit the chance of the virus spreading
  • Due to reduced staffing, there are no office staff working at the moment. If you need to speak with school staff please leave a message on the answer phone which will be checked at regular points through the day. Thanks
We’d like to know what you think…
Every year we ask you to complete a questionnaire for us so that we can find out what you think about certain aspects of our school. We would like to change the way in which we seek your views this year. Parents and carers are encouraged to give their views of our school at any time of the school year as well as at the time of a school inspection by using the online questionnaire called ‘Parent View’. Read more >>

Pupils love coming to school and they show good attitudes to learning. Behaviour management is consistent throughout the school. Complex behaviours associated with the pupils’ special educational needs (SEN) and/or disabilities have little impact on the learning of others.

Pupils feel safe in their school. Relationships between pupils and their teachers are based on respect and care. Teachers clearly know their pupils and individuality is celebrated and well catered for.

On the 5th February, we hosted a special evening to help inform parents about the education and services to them, their children and their families. Please click on the image above to see more from the evening.
